Youths and young adults participate in developing Tamera and its peace work. Their education has 3 focus points:
1. The research and providing of professions appropriate for the next generations. Training and education possibilities range from journalism, graphic design, information technology, sustainable technologies, political network to more practical training in mechanics, carpentry and metal work.
2. Community. How do young people create living forms and community that makes sense for them.
3. Experience in crisis areas. Each year the members of the Youth School have an opportunity to apply what they have learnt about peace work and to gain a global perspective in areas of crisis.
