Environmental Activism

We’re part of a coalition working to stop the planned offshore oil drilling in Portugal and to make this country a pioneer for a post-carbon society. To power this change, we are conducting research and creating models for using solar energy, water retention landscapes and ecosystem restoration. We are also focusing strongly on fostering a growing global alliance in the spirit of “Defend the Sacred,” a movement that began with the Indigenous resistance against the Dakota Access Pipeline.
