Community Conflict Resolution

We do not aim to avoid conflict and tension in community life, but rather to use it as fertile ground for trust and consciousness building. Through making our interpersonal conflicts transparent, we often discover rich insights, and come to co-exist on a much more fruitful level of being. Using social tools like the Forum, we look closely at issues that arise and find resolution through understanding their roots.
