The Project of the Healing Biotopes – the first Community

The first Community

We human beings today are living in a never-ending drama. Wars, weather catastrophes, failed love stories, and endless spirals of violence have created suffering on Earth that robs us of speech. What are we to do — mourn, scream, pray, hold vigils, make pilgrimages and public appeals — or think it all through again, anew? Is there, perhaps, still a way out?

To find the answer, we need new parameters and new categories of thought. We do not need grand political, economic, or religious systems, but above all we need two inner and more subtle things: first, a shared human goal that stands above our private interests; and second, an inner cohesion based on genuine trust that forever dissolves the old negative projections. We need a higher power that is capable of completely erasing the historical catastrophes that we all carry, as a collective human memory, in the basements of our souls. The solution to all present problems lies in the presence of this power. It is a power that does not react to attack with counterattack because it stands above attack — it is the power of a fearless existence.

This power can only emerge in new communities that are capable of liberating the subconscious inner life of people from old tragedies. In this way, the inner structure of a new kind of community arises, on whose success everything else depends. Global revolutions and social renewals, however well-intentioned, will collapse under unresolved inner conflicts as long as they do not carry within them a new human and spiritual core.

I have reflected on these topics for decades. The answer came in the vision of new kinds of settlements in which the elemental forces of coexistence between human beings and nature are organically united: the relationships between people, their erotic bonds, their relationships with all fellow creatures, their artistic and spiritual powers, their technical abilities, and their healing arts. In this wholeness, the forces I have summarized under the term “the other reality”, begin to unfold — extraordinary forces of love, healing, and cooperation with all living beings. These are the forces we need today to build new and compelling models of life. We call these models “Healing Biotopes.” When new parameters are introduced into the whole, the whole changes. A new life arises on our planet.

What is a Healing Biotope?

A Healing Biotope is a community of human beings, animals, and nature in which the healing forces of life are received and passed on to all participants. The goal is to build a social, ecological, and ethical order of life that is truly capable of receiving and transmitting these healing forces. For this to happen, the internal resistance of the participants — the old problems of fear, distrust, and competition — must be structurally overcome. Where our souls are filled with resentment, grief, and bitterness, the healing forces cannot take effect.

The elemental healing and self-healing powers of life are present in all beings and become active immediately when properly activated. In earlier texts, I described the functional logic of so-called “miracle healing” in detail. In the universal order of life — we call it the “Sacred Matrix” — all beings are interconnected as if through an invisible web of nerves. From the larva to the human being, they are all collaborators in building life on ever new stages of evolution.

This cooperation was so severely strangled by the religious and state empires of the patriarchal era that it is scarcely recognizable today. In place of a universal love, global violence has taken over — for violence is the eruption of blocked life energies. To the degree that the original unity of life is restored in real places on Earth, the healing streams can become effective in an amplified form, because all beings are genetically and energetically connected to this unity.

When trust is created between humans and fellow creatures, the laws of One Being and One Consciousness take effect — laws that hold this unity together. A Healing Biotope is a community that, of one spirit, follows these laws and implements them in real life—from love to technology, from healing work to gardening. In this way, a new genetic code for a new culture of life begins to emerge. In this culture, healing and peace manifest wherever hearts open in genuine trust. The more the people living there are touched by this spiritual space, the more a new kind of enthusiasm and a deep YES to life awakens within them — something they had been searching for in vain. Wherever spirit-mind flows into life, enthusiasm arises. And already in children, enthusiasm is a central life force.

At first glance, Healing Biotopes may resemble local rural communes. But in truth, they are a World Project. They develop a core of life that resonates with a worldwide longing shared by people in all countries and cultures. They realize a vision of life and humanity that applies to all continents. In them, the humanitarian and spiritual guidelines of a future world manifest.

Once the first Healing Biotopes function on Earth, many similarly oriented groups will join the project through genetic resonance and build similar settlements. The Earth’s central computer receives a new piece of information — one that aligns with the universal system of life, the Sacred Matrix (see below). A powerful morphogenetic field emerges on Earth, which more and more seeking and determined people will join — until the entire Earth becomes one great Healing Biotope.

Behind this fantastic vision is not a daydream but a reality based on experience and holistic thinking. The work begins as soon as the first people are willing to place this great idea above their personal concerns and begin to put it into practice. By the way, working with this great idea also serves the personal development of the participants — more than anything else — for they experience a kind of faith and love they had never known before.

Under the umbrella of a shared goal, the old struggles and conflicts of isolated individuals dissolve. In place of a lonely ego, the grace of a shared existence emerges. People now live together. They experience the confirmation of community. They now encounter that primal humanity which, in principle, dwells in all human beings. They experience it with a deep inner joy. Now they enter, once and for all, a new terrain of trust and belonging. This applies to all age groups. Here lies the transformative power of a true community — one that, through dedication to a goal for all humanity, has found a new tribal quality. Here lies the center of the vision of a healed world, the center of human healing, the center of the concept of Healing Biotopes. In the fusion of origin and future studies, people have found a new knowledge and a new certainty. Now they can celebrate the real “Advent,” for they have arrived.

For all the pathos, we must not overlook the challenges that face these new Arks of life — and the great possibilities available to us if we open ourselves to the creative powers. As Prentice Mulford said: “The greatest human joy is to be a channel for the spiritual powers of the universe.”Alongside the problematic potentials of digital technology and artificial intelligence, much higher possibilities for all questions of technology, information, communication, and healing will emerge in the workshops of the Healing Biotopes — because forces are united here that previously stood in opposition: for example, eros and religion, science and spirituality, geometry and music, calm breath and peak performance.

The First Group

The process begins with a first group. What kind of group is this, and what kind of people are coming together here?

They follow a fundamental humanity, with the ethical values of truth, empathy, care, and solidarity. They are wonderful people who have devoted their lives to peace and healing. They are women and men who have committed themselves to absolute humanity and truth. The women and men who build the first Healing Biotopes know that they can only work effectively for global peace if they have found peace within themselves. They have completely left behind the old habits of secret enmity, hypocrisy, jealousy, and slander. They do not need an external enemy to hold together internally, because they possess the inner cohesion of indestructible trust and deep knowledge.

They do not lie, because they have nothing to hide. They have learned not to think badly of each other — even in cases of conflict — but instead to help each other. They follow a shared goal that is stronger than the past wounds and the underlying aggressions of earlier times. They are not afraid of one another, because they have seen and fully accepted each other inwardly. Their trust in each other comes from this mutual affirmation and complementarity. The old fear of not being accepted is gone, and thus all have learned to accept themselves.

One can imagine what kind of inner joy has arisen in this group. They no longer live in the mirage of mutual projections and ideologies, but in the sovereignty of their own perceptions and thoughts. The perception of the sacred life forces gives even their strongest actions a breath of joy and humility—because they have found a great human goal.

They have succeeded in disempowering that subconscious dark mass of suspicion, envy, resentment, hatred, and competition — which until now has brought down almost all communities — through their shared will for a new life, and in some places even transforming it into genuine friendships. This was their greatest victory over the hypnosis of former humanity and over the ghetto of their own lives. Through this victory, an opening of trust occurred between them, which led to new experiences day by day. At the same time, it was a historic victory for the path of a completely new humanity. It was a real concordance between human beings, nature, and the higher laws of life.

Here, a quote from the Cherokee elder Dhyani Ywahoo: “A small number of people who are fully aligned with divine principles have the power to reduce suffering and end wars.”

Sexuality and Love

Modern humanity suffers from a global tragedy of failed love. From this, acts of violence and war arise everywhere. That is why, in the emerging Healing Biotopes, a central task is to liberate the wondrous subject of sex and love from old prejudices and place it within a new spiritual and social context.

Sexuality — this magical force of attraction, devotion, and passion! The well-being or downfall of all humanity depends on how we deal with this force. And yet, false morality, false claims of ownership, and cruel jealousy still prevail here.

Imagine a world in which one person’s sexual interest in another does not trigger fear or hatred in a third. We have clearly experienced how easily this is possible in a functioning community. But we have also seen how impossible it becomes when the human cohesion within a community is lost.

In my book The Sacred Matrix, I wrote: “Sexuality is the use of a divine energy for the mutual delight of those involved. This is the natural inheritance of every woman and every man — we all come to Earth with this great possibility. We now face the task of building a society in which this potential can be realized. A society in which the sexual affection of one person for another no longer provokes fear, jealousy, or hatred in a third. All lovers are warmly invited to contribute to this.”

Eros and love are the greatest gifts we have received from the universe. The participants of the Healing Biotopes live in a soul-space sustained by connection and truth. Within this space, free sexuality and committed partnership can beautifully complement each other. In all people, the longing for commitment and intimacy in love wants to be connected with the natural, free flow of Eros. The tragedy begins when this connection is forbidden — by religious or moral laws.

Every true love — whether between man and woman or between same-sex partners — is a service to the world.

The Sacred Matrix

All activities within a Healing Biotope are guided by the governing forces of that universal order of life which I have described in my book as the “Sacred Matrix”.

The Sacred Matrix is attuned everywhere to unity, love, and healing. It leaves its ethical imprint in the original conscience of human beings, and can therefore, in principle, be followed by all people — regardless of race or origin.

When people join together to build Healing Biotopes, they will soon begin, almost automatically, to follow these principles. Wherever they still make mistakes, they will correct one another in solidarity. In such a group, there is no disrespect or condemnation. Gradually, the new life order begins to function on its own, for we all already know its laws. It is simply a question of our willingness and decision to completely overcome the hidden hostilities and antipathies — and to connect with one another in a transparent sense of belonging, even with all our differences.

Creating such a sense of togetherness does not require great miracles, because it can occur instantly wherever people find the courage to affirm the simple social and ethical fundamentals of life. Consciously entering the Sacred Matrix is as possible for us human beings as, say, learning to swim. Wanting it is a decision that every person is capable of making.

I quote the Cherokee elder Dhyani Ywahoo: “With the conscious decision to live in a sacred way, we attract to ourselves the knowledge, the skills, and the powers that enable us to unfold our gifts for the benefit of all.”

I believe that the first such groups will soon emerge. Their process may begin with 20 or 30 people—roughly equal numbers of women and men. The exact starting number is not very important; because if the group follows the life rules of the Sacred Matrix, it becomes a powerful attractor for many others.

The Healing Biotopes of the future may become settlements of several hundred inhabitants. They can arise anywhere that people are able to meet one another in a shared spirit and common language.

Political Context of the First Centers

Healing Biotopes did not emerge from a vacuum. Before the founding of the first one, there were already many peace movements on Earth — but they had no common goal.

Before the idea of Healing Biotopes could become ripe for realization, many of my friends were engaged in various peace actions — for example in peace pilgrimages in Yugoslavia, Israel/Palestine, and Colombia; in refugee aid; in the establishment of regional centers; in the building of a global network (“Global Campus”); and in the creation of a Loveschool. In this context, I would like to highlight the remarkable book GRACE – Pilgrimage for a Future without War by Sabine Lichtenfels, where she shares her extensive peace knowledge using the example of Israel/Palestine. The Healing Biotope is a system that integrates all these directions of peace.

Healing Biotopes are decentralized, autonomous settlements — outside of political parties, churches, and other ideological structures. As far as food is concerned, they practice a self-sufficient subsistence economy based on permaculture and everything that belongs to it. The Earth gives us everything we need for biological life — if we follow not the laws of capital, but the laws of life.

The founders of the Healing Biotopes had long been searching for a cause that would finally unite them and free them from their private ego trips. Now they had found that cause. Now the light had come to them. Now they could realize the great plan that had been promised to them. In this sense, we can say: A Healing Biotope is the planetary seed cell of an entirely new possibility for life to develop on Earth. In this context, we once said: “Thirty people can change the world.”

————————

I now speak in the voice of a future peace community that, after a long search, had found the path that brought everyone together: “It took quite a long time, because it was a difficult leap from our old selves into a new global existence. For years and decades, obstacles and inner difficulties had piled up, for we had not yet learned how to cooperate in resonance toward such a high goal for humanity. One of our most moving spiritual discoveries was this: The heart of the universe pulses within us and connects us with all fellow beings. And suddenly, there was this great turning within the entire community.”

We would like to quote the words of George Ritchie, with which he described a near-death experience in his coma (from his book Return from Tomorrow):

“Whatever else these people may have been, they appeared completely selfless, absorbed in a tremendous undertaking far beyond themselves (…). I sensed that all activity on this mighty campus originated in God.”

Now we experienced what some had long claimed: The world is — despite all destruction — a love affair. Enmity and war are not part of the blueprint of creation. Above the infinite pain, the infinite light exists. Under the divine light of the world, new human beings are building their new systems—for love, for the children, for nature, for true homeland on Earth. And in doing so, a new network is being woven into the nervous system of the Earth — so boundless, as if it were forever beyond all tragedies; it lives uncountably in the heart of all things, as if it were one with everything.

For it is the living God within us, the Sacred, that has always been there. It is truly the “Kingdom of God on Earth” that the great man from Galilee proclaimed 2,000 years ago. It is the realm of the resurrected human being. The letters of the Sacred Matrix now stand large and visible to all in the noosphere. The world soul has found its dwelling place in the human being. And like a soft gong ringing through all lands, it says: War is over.

Epilogue

The plan of the Healing Biotopes is a global plan. It is a dream of love, cooperation, and care that has been deeply planted in all our hearts. It outlines the model of a future way of life on our planet.

The spiritual framework of this plan is relatively simple. But it demands a level of cooperation and solidarity that no community has yet been able to achieve—because the thought itself is still too new.

The historical wounds we have all suffered—the resulting currents of fear, rage, domination, and untruth—have still been too strong to allow for genuine community and coherence to emerge on such a new spiritual foundation. But now, a shift in times may be drawing near. Millions of people are preparing for a new path.

As Arundhati Roy wrote: “Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.”
